Work Out With Me! – 4 Exercise AMRAP

Want to workout in your kitchen?

With this simple workout, you can exercise anywhere and for however long you have. You’ll work on mobility, core strength, leg strength, and cardio.

There are 4 exercises in this workout. Complete each exercise back-to-back for the length of your workout.

  1. Roll down – 5 reps – pull core and butt in tight as you come up.
  2. Raise the roof – 10 reps each leg – pull core in tight, don’t arch your lower back.
  3. Squat – 10 reps – don’t let your knees cave in, go as low as you can comfortably.
  4. Butt kicks – go as slow or as fast as you are able.
